A couples' therapist has revealed the list of 10 telltale signs that you are in a healthy relationship.
Jeff Guenther, who is based in Portland, Oregon, has become a viral sensation on TikTok by regularly sharing his relationship expertise with his 2.8 million followers.
Most recently, he dished on the positive indicators in any romance including being interdependent and enjoying 'playful' physical intimacy.
And dozens of viewers flooded to the comment section to heap praise on his insight.

Most recently, he dished on the positive indicators in any romance including being interdependent and enjoying 'playful' physical intimacy
In the clip, which has so far been viewed more than 230,000 times, Jeff wastes little time in reeling off his observations.
'One, you know what your partner doesn't like about you and that they found acceptance about it,' he began.
'Two, you are able to participate in co-regulation - so when one person is activated, the other can act as a calming source that will help ground you.
'Three, you feel the most loved and super connected when you are being your authentic self.'
The expert continued: 'Four, you are interdependent on each other which means you feel solid in the bond you share while maintaining a strong sense of self.
'Five, you feel safe saying "no" or setting a boundary and confident it will be respected.
'Six, you know that if your perspectives are different about a specific event that they can both be true and valid.'
But Jeff did not stop there as he shared yet more indicators of a positive relationship.

- Feeling loved and connected while remaining authentic
- Being interdependent
- Feeling safe saying 'no' and setting boundaries
- Acknowledging you may have differing perspectives
- Enjoying 'playful' physical intimacy
- Having the ability to repair and reconnect after a fight
- Being relationally and emotionally challenged
- Knowing your partner sees you in a really positive light
He dished: 'Seven, physical intimacy feels playful, safe and confident.
'Eight, you're able to repair and reconnect after a fight and learn from the experience.
'Nine, you are being relationally and emotionally challenged which can feel a bit uncomfortable at times but its good for your overall development.'
And last but not least on the social media star's list was that 'you feel like your partner sees you in a really positive light.'
Jeff's video was quickly flooded with comments with many viewers in flourishing relationships themselves confirming his thoughts.
One person wrote: 'I have waited so long to be able to say I have all of this in a partner and now I can finally say "I do."'
A second person commented: 'Happily married for seven years. These are absolutely correct!!!'
Another added: '10/10 finally in a healthy, securely attached relationship.'
Other followers recognized why their previous relationships didn't work out.
One person commented: 'Seeing this laid out really shows me how my last partner didn't meet those needs.'
A second person added: 'Yeah, okay, I see where the last relationship tanked. Cool beans.'
Someone else simply wrote: 'Me realizing I've never been in a healthy relationship in my entire life.
